Position Summary
The Senior Solutions Advisor (SSA) is responsible for finding the best possible Offerpad solution for our homeowner clients. The Senior Solutions Advisor is knowledgeable in the process of selling a home and is relentless in their pursuit to help others and thrives in a fast-changing environment. This role requires skill in building rapport with the client, assessing their personal home selling needs, evaluating the clients' circumstances, and offering and negotiating the best possible services, products and offer that align with their needs. The SSA works in partnership with Offerpad's Acquisition, Transaction Management, and Disposition, Contracts and Closing Teams to provide the client with a first-rate home selling experience. The SSA works closely with all levels of leadership and requires adept multi-tasking, communication, and active listening skills, as well as solid Real Estate knowledge and experience.
Essential Functions
- Be the dedicated resource for homeowners as they explore the solutions provided by Offerpad.
- Manage a pipeline of homeowner leads with a sense of urgency, timeliness and proactive follow up.
- Build client rapport, understand home selling needs; discuss Offerpad products and services and uncover client circumstances to recommend the best solutions
- Convert inquiries to signed offers and listings, providing a "Best in Class" customer experience.
- Be the "voice of the homeowner" to help our product and marketing teams deliver a "Best in Class" homeowner experience.
- Possess the ability to establish and sustain collaborative partnerships with multiple divisions, business groups and teams involved in the home selling process.
Experience and Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License Required
- Willingness to obtain additional licenses based on business need
- 4+ years sales experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, inclusive of active listening skills, and a positive and energetic phone demeanor
- Extremely self-motivated, results oriented and with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently, in team settings, and build cross-functional relationships
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Available to work weekends and evenings (homeowners need us in the morning, at night and on the weekends!)
- Proven multi-tasker who excels in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions
- Ability to use critical thinking skills to review, summarize, and report findings, and recommendations
- Intermediate-level technology experience (ie. Microsoft Office, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- You have experience working with CRM applications
- You have the desire to be part of a team changing the way people buy and sell homes.
- You have experienced in telephone sales center environment
