Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Senior Solutions Analyst provides strategic support of controls, supervision, and processes for the US Wealth Management Operations Department. This position will support the development and execution of remediation events along with back-office capabilities and strategies, which will result in initiatives, roadmaps, detailed business cases, and other business deliverables. Additionally, this position will provide strategic thought leadership to advise and structure opportunities, rationalize platforms, identify themes, and make connections of opportunities across functional areas that will reduce business risk.
What will you do?
- Plan and manage remediation and initiatives, working with stakeholders to move initiatives through the new initiative and project lifecycle processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of key strategic risks and provide updates to stakeholders as the status of initiatives change and interdependencies emerge
- Ensure Operations has the proper tools to drive growth in their business, ensure competitive positioning in the marketplace, and conduct and coordinate ad-hoc product analysis.
- Partner with leadership in identifying and obtaining business-specific metrics and reporting to help drive success.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, program updates; interact with senior-level executive leadership.
- Manage feedback on recommended changes to products and/or services given by business partners and clients.
- Assist Operations leadership in confirming departmental goals align with overall USWM firm goals.
- Aid in identifying and structuring new opportunities to ensure a pipeline of new projects are continuously being identified and evaluated to further goals and objectives.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience with 7+ years securities and financial markets experience
- Knowledge of wealth management product platforms
- Effective problem identification and resolution skills paired with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment with the ability to provide direction to other team members
- Demonstrated understanding of strategy development, prioritization and sequencing processing and value-chain analysis
Nice-to-have
- PMP Certified or PBA Certified
- Securities license 99
