Senior Solutions Architect

We are actively searching for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our expanding business, working with our product and development teams to translate innovative visions into technical designs. Naturally, this role requires you to possess strong experience working with cross-functional teams in order to provide architectural guidance through the entire life-cycle of our projects. Each project will give you the opportunity to solve unique business problems via the innovative application of technology. 

As our Senior Solution Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and other project stakeholders/teams to translate business objectives into working solutions.
• Adapting solutions to properly account for time and resource constraints as well as areas of risk.
• Providing hands-on technical guidance to engineering teams for building effective, efficient, scalable, secure solutions.
• Analyzing the use of technologies in Envoy's current products and creating and executing a plan to iteratively improve them.
• Creating and communicating architectural design artifacts.

In order to be eligible for this position, you will possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, including experience with .NET
• Strong technical knowledge concerning web application development, security, and design patterns
• Current knowledge of cloud computing technologies, Azure preferred
• Excellent understanding of data storage technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills working in a collaborative environment
