Purpose of the position:
This is an exciting new role for a Senior Solutions Architect - Marketing and Analytics, to support Frost bank Digital marketing and Analytics initiatives. Working with a team of data engineers/scientists and analysts to design and demonstrate complex marketing technology solutions and Analytical use-cases as needed across the bank. That might mean you acting as the Subject Matter Expert, pitching ideas and innovating and adapting the best solutions as a result.
Additionally:
- Lead the design of Marketing system architecture and strategy for products at Frost to ensure that solutions follow all standards and best practices
- Communicate complex infrastructure design strategies in a concise and an easy to understand way to stakeholders and executives
- Be responsible for understanding the end to end process of complex marketing products to maintain a position as a subject matter expert with regards to the bank's marketing infrastructure
- Collaborate with business managers and department leads to allow for a full spectrum marketing strategy to be created
- Work hand-in-hand with counterparts in marketing to develop technical solutions that address high priority marketing use cases
- Ability to phase delivery of solutions such that it can meet immediate needs, while building towards the long-term strategic solution
- Understanding of capturing maximum value of existing technologies while looking toward opportunities to consolidate for efficiency and cost
- Understanding of holistic enterprise architecture and interplay of analytical components with enterprise foundational components
- Ability to effortlessly switch gears from executive summary view for leadership to hands-on discussion with practitioners

To be successful you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a STEM or Marketing field
- 10+ years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions across on-prem, hybrid and cloud based architectures;
- Knowledgeable in applying in AI/ML techniques with proven experience in building cross functional advanced analytics use-cases
- Experience in advanced analytics use-case lifecycle
- 4+ years in an architect role designing technology architectures, workflows, data flows, integration specifications, best practices and governance guidelines
- Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing, advertising and Customer data platforms e.g. Adobe, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, Segment, Zeta global etc.,
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource intensive, integrated and operational data and analytical solutions (Multitouch attribution/email marketing/Customer 360/loyalty programs/marketing automation etc.)
- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust
- Not afraid to "roll up the sleeves" and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn - pushes teams to do the same
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in a STEM or Marketing field or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in financial services a plus
- Experience in operationalizing and managing advanced analytics use-cases from an ML-Ops perspective
- Familiarity with financial regulatory standards including SOX, HIPAA, and SEA Rules 17a-f
- Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or Rational Unified Process
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
