We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Solutions Architect to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for working alongside our commercial team to understand customer needs, design and implement effective and scalable digital health solutions on our software platform offerings, and ensure seamless integration with our clients' existing systems and infrastructure. This position is a part of the Corporate departments which provide shared services and planning support to all of the Business Units while guiding the company's growth strategy. This includes Finance, IT, Legal/Privacy, Compliance, Security, Strategy/Corporate Development, People/Community, and Commercial.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES 

• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and operations teams to understand client and prospective customer needs during the sales process and propose optimal solutions that meet these needs, while aligning with our core technology platform and capabilities.
  • Business development to help convert clients and grow our bookings numbers by supporting solution definition, SOW Scoping, RFP writing, and technical support during solution planning and implementation. 
  • Product management and product operations teams for input at critical customer moments, to ensure alignment with the product platform and configuration needs, serving as an expert in external-facing client interactions and with our internal BD teams. Partner with the product team to help document certain aspects of the platform, driving towards solutions that are configurable, scalable, maintainable, and secure while addressing customer problems and delivering high value.
  • Operations teams to distill operational complexities, and help define the operating model (and related costs) related to each opportunity definition. 
  • Identify internal and external stakeholders needed to define services surrounding the product offering
• Design and develop solutions, including configuration specifications, custom software/system integrations, data migrations, interfaces with services offerings and process automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Lead solution validation requirements input to ensure proposed solutions meet client requirements, industry standards, and best practices prior to launch.
• Provide technical support during the implementation phase, including troubleshooting, requirements clarifications, problem-solving, and addressing any technical and operational issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful solution deployment and ongoing support.
• Conduct research on emerging digital health technologies and industry trends to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in the creation and delivery of technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide voice of customer input to the product teams from experience in commercial conversations and market intelligence.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS 

• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or a related field, strongly preferred within the digital health or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully understanding client needs and matching those up with solutions that fit a technology platform. 
• Strong understanding of healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in software development, technical architectures, cloud computing platforms, and database design/management.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

The US base hiring range for this full-time position is $128,350 - $165,200 + bonus + equity + benefits. The actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including work location, experience, training, and skill level, so pay for this role may be higher or lower than what is shown on this posting.
