Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Senior Frontend Solution Architect with unparalleled expertise in React Native, complemented by a well-rounded skill set in frontend development technologies, including Angular, Ionic, and native mobile development. Responsibilities

• React Native Development: Lead the design and development of mobile applications using React Native, ensuring best practices for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Cross-Platform Strategy: Utilize Angular, Ionic, or native mobile development techniques as needed to address specific project requirements, ensuring a comprehensive cross-platform development strategy.
• System Architecture Understanding: Have a good understanding of system architecture relevant to mobile applications, able to contribute to discussions and planning with some experience in API integration strategies.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate vision and requirements into compelling mobile applications.
• Code Quality and Review: Ensure high standards of code quality and conduct thorough reviews to maintain consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and guide the development team in adopting the latest React Native features and capabilities.
• Innovation and Research: Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in mobile app development technologies, particularly React Native, to continually enhance our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-15 years of professional experience.
• React Native Expertise: Demonstrated experience in React Native development with a strong portfolio of successful mobile applications.
• Frontend Development: Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with Angular, Ionic, and/or native mobile development platforms (iOS/Android).
• API Integration Experience: Basic to intermediate experience in integrating with RESTful APIs, with an understanding of backend systems being an added advantage.
• Architectural Understanding: Ability to participate in architectural discussions, with some experience in system design and flowchart creation beneficial but not central to the role.
• Software Development Practices: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, version control systems like Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
• Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition.
• Fluent and current on architecture trends with an eye on market/technical conditions and future direction.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point.
• Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices.
• Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large consulting projects.
• Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents.
• Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
• Experience working with a globally distributed team and managing off-shore teams.
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience leading internal initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Be independent and self-driven.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills and Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of security best practices in mobile development.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118.00 to $202,730.00. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
