Become a Solutions Architect for Bloomreach! The work you do will impact many customers in dozens of different verticals in the e-commerce space. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of customers in the online space. You will have a competitive salary, along with stock options and other benefits. Working from home on a full-time basis, you´ll become a core part of the Technical Services team.

Your job will be to:
  1. Ensure the success of Customer integrations with Bloomreach products and features
  2. Partner with existing Customers to help them improve their digital experiences
  3. Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and Bloomreach products as part of a high-performing Technical Services team
a. Integrations
  • Validate the scope and solution design by the pre-sales Solutions Architect as part of the Customer hand-off process
  • Own the solution design, ensure it is executed upon, and identify any deviation by internal and external teams
  • Identify when new scope is introduced, gather requirements, and determine whether a change order is necessary
  • Help identify, troubleshoot, and address technical risks and issues with service integration points. Assist in classifying and prioritizing issues
  • Perform configuration reviews during the project and own any internal audits prior to Customer go-live
  • Create project documentation artifacts for internal and external use as needed
  • Work with internal Product and Engineering teams to deliver and integrate new functionality
b. Enterprise Account Management
  • Understand and communicate professional services offerings as well as platform capabilities to Customers (both technical and business audiences)
  • Partner with the rest of the account team to identify opportunities within the Customer’s business and provide solutions using Bloomreach products, features, and services
  • Partner with Account Managers in the selling and scoping of additional Bloomreach products and features
  • Authoring of statements of work (SOW) documents, determining associated fees, and timelines for technical services engagements
  • Performing regular account health checks, identifying integration and performance optimizations, and working with internal/external teams to implement
c. Other Responsibilities
  • Continually work to improve internal processes to document project scope and requirements gathering
  • Work with internal Support teams to resolve account issues on an as needed basis
  • Identify gaps in and improve public-facing documentation
  • Identify and partner with internal Product teams on new product features, review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and associated Engineering Design documents
You have the following experience and qualities:
  1. Professional — experience in advanced technical positions, working with commerce/search solutions, and service delivery
  2. Personal — motivation, independence
Professional experience
  • A BS in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent degree
  • Experience in advanced technical positions (software engineering, development, solution engineering, consulting) working in complex IT environments
  • Demonstrated experience in service delivery, with strong leadership, organization and communication skills
  • Strong expertise with architectural standards such as REST web services and JSON
  • Past experience with commerce (Oracle Commerce/ATG, IBM WebSphere Commerce, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware), search (Solr, Endeca, Elasticsearch), personalization, or other SaaS and middleware products is ideal, but not required
  • Development experience with Java and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, Tag Managers)

  • Strong background of professional achievement and a passion for working with Customers to execute their vision online
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, including authoring technical documents
  • Motivation and willingness to work on time-sensitive projects
  • Independence and self-organization to navigate you through ambiguous situations and complex decisions
  • Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for working with Customers and across internal teams
