Senior Solutions Architect - Remote, US

Description

The Senior Solution Architect will work with product, engineering to co-create new Voice Products, and author architecture blueprints to ensure the solutions meet security and deployment standards. In this role, you will be expected to define and maintain design and architecture principles to ensure it is built to leverage assets and integrate with the broader enterprise ecosystem when applicable.

Responsibilities

The Senior Solution Architect will collaborate with other Architects in various business domains and application architects to design and implement solutions for VINAI. To support this activity, the Solution Architect will collaborate with the stakeholders to define and implement the design. This role serves as a consultant to influence all levels across the organization and drive the build of the design. You will collaborate with architect/engineers providing deep technical expertise in cloud, analytics, AI and other emerging technologies. The role will be accountable for understanding emerging technologies (AI, Automation, IoT etc.) and trends with a clear focus on creating efficiencies and a differentiated experience for consumers.

Role Responsibilities:

• Partner with other Architects/ Engineers/Data Scientists practices organization to ensure architecture requirements are incorporated in the Data, Application and Technology solutions.
• Communicating Architecture design, standards, and practices for Voice AI to the segment to create alignment and advancement.
• Consulting on architecture and technology solutions that provide IT segments the basis to delivery for their customers and Humana members.

• To ensure seamless governance is applied to engineering teams who are building those solutions

• Partner with various stakeholders and technology leaders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs
• Contribute to the research, design, testing, and evaluation of new technologies and vendor solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-enterprise product and engineering teams to imagine, develop, and implement POCs.
• Stay current on emerging digital technology trends from multiple creditable sources to assess relevance and then translate into strategy opportunities and tactical objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 or more years of progressive information technology experience directly related to architecture/engineering, information security, or other specialized technology field
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

• GCP, Azure or AWS
