Senior Solutions Consultant (Automation / iPaaS)

Note: This position necessitates the resource to be available from 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST, ensuring sufficient overlap with US EST timezone.Responsibilities

The Senior Solutions Consultant /Automation Consultant is a key role within the Strategic Growth division and has a focus on developing key automation solutions in strategic horizontal and vertical domains. You will engage with the wider Workato team to design and build solutions on our industry leading automation platform. You will analyze customer’s current state processes, gather data and requirements, understand pain points and key metrics, map business processes before designing future state and build proof of concepts on the Workato platform. 

 In this role, you will also be responsible to:

• Collaborate with customers to understand key business processes

• Support requirements gathering and data analysis

• Assist in mapping business processes to be built out 

• Answer key architecture and security questions from the customer and their clients

• Design and document the proposed future state process within Workato

• Relate the benefits of Workato back to the pain points and requirements of the customer

• Build / develop the future state design within Workato

• Support the customer in their implementation with best practice, training and consultancy advice

• Ensure the final solution addresses the original goals and needs

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related subject

• 8+ years of experience in Integration Implementations

• 5+ years of experience with Automation and Development 

• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented design and programming - Ruby preferable (Java/Python is good too)

• 3+ years' experience building integration on Workato or similar platforms e.g. Mulesoft, Boomi

• 3+ years experience building business process automations on Workato or similar platforms e.g. RPA, BPM

• Experience in working with APIs, REST, gRPC, Curl is required

• Experience in analyzing and mapping business processes or functional requirements

• Experience in serverless, ML and AI technologies is advantageous

• Knowledge of backed systems, integration methodologies and databases desirable

• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, HTTP, XML, JSON

• Domain experience in BPOs, System Integrators and Government desirable
