We are looking for:

An enthusiastic and detail-oriented engineer with cybersecurity domain expertise to partner with our GTM teams to foster the health and growth of our business in Asia. You will lead the technical engagement with prospects, partners and customers in the region, helping to demonstrate the value of the SimSpace platform, implement our technology in the customer’s unique environment, and help drive adoption, retention and expansion of SimSpace products and services.

What will you be doing as a Senior Solutions Engineer at SimSpace?

  • Serve as a SimSpace subject matter expert and trusted advisor
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical stakeholders at multiple levels of a customer organization
  • Deliver tailored technology demonstrations that effectively articulate value to prospects and partners
  • Articulate, demonstrate, implement and support the complete range of SimSpace use cases
  • Assist in full stack troubleshooting and liaison as needed with SimSpace teams in other reasons to resolve technical issues
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring customer requirements are well understood by the SimSpace product and engineering teams while aligning customer expectations and tracking roadmap commitments 
  • Maintain familiarity with new and ongoing technical initiatives/programs across assigned enterprise and named accounts as they relate to the SimSpace technology portfolio 
  • Assist the Customer Success team to drive contract renewal, modifications and expansion activities, including identifying upsell opportunities in the customer base

What are the qualifications to apply? To be successful as a Senior Solutions Engineer, you need to:

Be a highly skilled technologist who excels at solving complex problems, demonstrating solutions, and evangelizing groundbreaking capabilities to cybersecurity leaders and practitioners. You feel confident taking a leadership role and working independently where needed. You have a demonstrated capability to serve as a technical trusted advisor and are passionate about working with teams to achieve technical and business results. You interact with all levels and types of stakeholders, from system administrators to business and government leaders.

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline, or equivalent commensurate experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pre-sales, customer success or consulting role in a cybersecurity vendor
  • Experience architecting and deploying enterprise security products within Cloud, SaaS, and on-premises
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to clearly define success criteria, plan technical evaluations, and write and execute test plans
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operating systems and security solutions.
  • Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers in enterprise and government customer environments.
  • Ability to present effectively in front of large groups, both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to understand business problems of government program officers and C-level executives; discuss these problems; present and prepare solutions. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter that is accepting of other perspectives and operates effectively in a team.

We provide the following:

  • Base salary range $125,000-$185,000
  • Commission eligible
