This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in India.

This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, technical consulting, and pre-sales engineering, supporting enterprise and channel customers in designing secure, scalable network and cloud protection solutions.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers and partners through complex security challenges across hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments.
The position involves leading discovery discussions, running product demonstrations, and shaping tailored solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
You will also play a key role in proof of concepts, partner enablement, and technical validation of cybersecurity architectures.
This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication skills, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to influence stakeholders across sales and engineering teams.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners to identify requirements, validate use cases, and define appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs across a broad cybersecurity portfolio.
  • Support and lead proof of concept (PoC) activities in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and technical stakeholders to support ongoing business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain personal demo environments and labs to support solution demonstrations and trials.
  • Contribute to technical marketing initiatives, product feedback cycles, beta testing, and knowledge sharing across regional teams.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on product capabilities, competitive positioning, and technical best practices.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
    • Strong background in cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
    • Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, SASE/SSE, and cloud security platforms (AWS/Azure).
    • Solid understanding of L2–L7 networking protocols, Active Directory, LDAP, NAT, and security architectures.
    • Experience working with logs, traffic flows, scripting, or troubleshooting complex network environments.
    • Certifications such as CISSP preferred; AWS or Azure certifications are an advantage.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative mindset.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
