Senior Solutions Engineer

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, technical consulting, and digital transformation strategy within a leading AI-powered developer ecosystem. You will engage with large enterprise customers across France and EMEA, helping them modernize their software development lifecycle and adopt cutting-edge AI-driven tools. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions. The role involves shaping pre-sales engagements, influencing architectural decisions, and driving proof-of-value initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success across the entire journey. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing position where your technical expertise directly impacts enterprise transformation and adoption at scale.

• Lead pre-sales technical engagements with enterprise customers to identify needs, align stakeholders, and secure technical wins.
• Design and deliver tailored solution architectures, demos, and proof-of-concept environments to address complex customer challenges.
• Act as a strategic advisor by identifying gaps in customer environments and mapping them to platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape account strategies and drive long-term customer success.
• Support marketing and field activities by contributing technical content, presentations, and customer-facing events.
• Develop deep expertise in AI-driven development workflows, DevSecOps practices, and modern software delivery platforms.
• Provide competitive insights and market intelligence to support product positioning and customer transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 6–10+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, pre-sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong background in software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, or enterprise application modernization.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and actionable strategies.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, AI-assisted development, and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to design and present technical solutions, including demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Fluent in English and French (required).
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across France and EMEA.
• Bonus: experience in security programs, developer platforms, or large-scale software modernization.
