This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and customer success, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise sales cycles. You will partner closely with sales teams to understand customer challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions. The position involves leading technical discovery sessions, designing tailored demonstrations, and guiding prospects through proof-of-value engagements. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role in a fast-moving, globally distributed, remote-first environment. You will also contribute to shaping technical narratives that clearly communicate product value and differentiation. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems while influencing high-value enterprise deals.

Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Sales Executives to drive end-to-end technical sales cycles, from discovery to evaluation and deal closure.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, pain points, and success criteria.
  • Design and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and technical narratives for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate customer challenges into scalable technical solutions that highlight product value and differentiation.
  • Lead proof-of-value (POV) and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, including integrations within customer environments.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with clear, accurate, and compelling technical responses.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams, sharing customer insights and feedback.
  • Support customer workshops, conferences, and technical thought leadership initiatives when required.
  • Requirements:

    • 6–10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting.
    • Proven experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long evaluation processes.
    • Strong track record of influencing and contributing to the closure of high-value (6-figure) deals.
    • Deep technical aptitude with the ability to explain APIs, integrations, and complex systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and demo delivery skills with a customer-centric mindset.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience translating customer needs into scalable solutions.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate customer insights effectively to internal teams.
    • Comfort working in a fully remote environment using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, and macOS.
    • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus but not required.
