Special Projects: Solutions Engineer, Technology Partnerships
As a Solutions Engineer for our technology partnerships team (part of Special Projects), you will focus on two primary tasks: explore and lead new partner integrations with our product teams and external partners, and help to develop novel distribution partnerships with large external organizations that have significant impact on Cloudflare's overall business.
Past projects include integrations with endpoint security providers, prototyping and testing GRE/ IPsec integrations with popular SD-WAN providers, leading and managing new partnerships, and architecting and implementing future Zero Trust OEM partnerships.
The Special Projects SE is a unique opportunity that requires a solid understanding of all of Cloudflare's products - with the ability to develop an even deeper understanding, should it be required for a particular project. In this role, you'll interact with many partners and counterparts at senior technical and business levels. Presentation skills, a professional maturity, and the ability to engage others and represent Cloudflare is vital to this position.

Goals/Responsibilities

• Discover, validate and architect new integrations with our product and engineering teams
• Lead all technical aspects including project management for novel strategic partnerships
• Coordinate technical dependencies across other Cloudflare teams
• Describe new integrations and novel partnerships via blog posts, CFTV sessions, and technical trainings with customer facing and SE teams
• Generate awareness about Cloudflare's partnership efforts internally and externally

Personal Goals/Capabilities

• Grow a strong understanding of all of Cloudflare products and internal systems
• Develop industry expertise on technical trends e.g., in enterprise networking
• Develop strong relationships across Cloudflare's product, engineering, and customer facing teams
• Help prioritize our group's efforts to ensure the team is focused on the highest impact projects that are technically feasible

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location. For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $152,000 - $186,000.
Equity
This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare's equity plan.
