THE CHALLENGE
Transform an industry that's been slow to accept mobile research as today's best method. Market researchers know they need to adapt as smartphones supplant PCs as the public's favorite devices, but many remain hesitant to change. Understand their business problems and guide them, positioning MFour's products and services as the only effective gateway to a new mobile era.
CREATING SUCCESS
- Understand the market and segment targets based on our strategy and goals. Develop and manage a convertible pipeline that achieves quarterly revenue goals and leads to scalability and growth
- Land new accounts and maximize revenues from existing ones
- Generate sales from inbound inquiries, and from outbound leads generated by our in-house business development team
- Depending on the volume of business, you also may be required to generate and qualify your own leads
- Use data-driven approaches to selling and finding new leads
- Use modern tools such as Salesforce CRM
- Create sales pitches for mobile market research that will be effective with all relevant business contacts
- Gain technical knowledge and a thorough awareness of market researchers' needs
- Be able to answer clients' objections and reassure them that MFour's all-mobile research will lead them to the market insights they need
- Be a brand ambassador who can bring back clients' feedback and suggestions to help us improve our products and services

- Have a track record of past success in this kind of environment
- National sales scope, with travel up to 25% of work time
MEASURING PERFORMANCE
- Be evaluated according to how much business you bring in, and how quickly
- Meet quarterly growth targets
- Targets are adjusted annually to reflect the market research industry's increasing adoption of mobile strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- Salesforce experience
- Market Research sales experience is a plus
- Agile, proactive, persevering and solution-oriented mindset
