Job Summary:

       The Senior Sourcing & Procure to Pay (P2P) specialist leads the purchase-to-pay process as well as tactical buying and low dollar value sourcing, overseeing the creation, tracking, and execution of purchase orders, tactical buying / spot buy and facilitating the vendor invoices payments and issue resolution. This role will work closely with senior leadership to fine-tune the operational KPIs, meet the desired outputs in terms of process efficiency, accuracy, and compliance and support in design and development of procurement strategies and ensure successful operations as per the set operational parameters.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Works on multiple category requisitions to PO process.
• Works on multiple category sourcing & tactical projects to PO.
• Performs internal stakeholder management across multiple geography’s, especially US, UK, India provide help on PO tracking and queries.
• Works on vendor onboarding and due diligence.
• Lead the purchase-to-pay process for complex procurement initiatives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Oversee the creation and tracking of purchase orders (PO’s).
• Manage invoice reconciliation and validate charges against PO’s.
• Facilitate payment processing and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to gather necessary information.
• Will need to work on procurement platform to process the P2P activity.
• Review and validate procurement documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze vendor capabilities and develop competitive procurement proposals.
• Prepare reports on procurement metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordination with vendor management team on all the vendor performance parameters.
• Work and support on vendor contracts, agreed price and buying material and services in accordance of contract compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Technical Skills (Mandatory Skills):- 

• Graduate with minimum 8 years of experience in procurement with working experience on procure to pay (P2P) and tactical buying / spot buying.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal stakeholders and outside suppliers
