Arrow has an exciting new opening on its Global SOX team. Working hand in hand with our accounting and audit teams, you will have the opportunity to learn about our various business units and make an impact in a global company.
The ideal candidate will have solid interpersonal communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and technical expertise with regards to internal controls and SOX. This is a terrific opportunity for candidates who are ready to break out of public accounting and dive into a corporate role.
Our Senior SOX Analyst will be joining a dynamic Global SOX team (about 7 strong) which rolls up to our Director of SEC Reporting and Global SOX Compliance. You will have an opportunity to work across many areas of the company and its operations. The individual will perform SOX testing and ad-hoc projects with a great deal of autonomy working with various departments at multiple levels of management. The successful candidate will be someone looking to grow and develop in their own career while supporting the organization in implementing best practices, encouraging innovation and maintaining dedication to customer service and safety.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Identify, document, test and remediate potential risk areas and support the maintenance of Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance.
• Execute to the annual SOX plan ensuring timely completion of testing and reporting of results in accordance with plan.
• Support the SOX team in driving SOX assessment for assigned entities and business process controls.
• Communicate and collaborate with the control owners for remediation of identified deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Assist in overall oversight and management of Company's SOX compliance efforts.
• Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that relevant risks are identified, addressed with well-designed controls that are operating effectively.
• Coordinate with controls owners and external auditors for the audit of the company's internal controls over financial reporting.
• Assist in performance of annual planning of the Company's SOX compliance efforts (e.g., risk assessment, scoping, ad-hoc projects, etc.).
• Become a liaison to manage internal and external audit engagements or special projects.
• Assist in providing information and documentation to internal and external audit requests.
• Maintain current awareness and documentation of SOX compliance rules and regulations.
• Filing of compliance project documentation, ensuring adherence to internal retention policies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 3+ years prior substantial audit experience, or specialized subject matter expertise.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment.
• High attention to details and excellent documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability work with individuals at all levels of the organization and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, PC skills, team building skills and the ability to work independently.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• 5+ years of prior substantial audit experience or specialized subject matter expertise.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, or CISA).
• Background in internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), SEC standards, PCAOB standards and COSO framework.
• Global company experience.
• Preferred experience working for/with a Big 4 firm.
• Oracle, Hyperion, Auditboard, Blackline, Alteryx.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$78,300.00 - $94,600.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
