Senior SP&A Analyst

The Bungie Sales Team is seeking a Senior Analyst for the Sales Planning & Analysis team (SP&A). This Sr. Analyst will lead pricing analysis, discount tracking, performance analysis, and provide guidance to forecasting exercises that will support strategic decision making throughout Bungie. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of SP&A, and partner with Product Management, Analytics, International Publishing, Commercialization, Release Management, and other departments to ensure Bungie’s successful transition into multi-franchise publishing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish, validate, and manage the process to regularly evaluate and approve current SKU pricing in collaboration with Publishing stakeholders across the Global and International teams.
• Lead the long-range planning of discount strategy across live and upcoming platform SKUs.
• Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an international pricing “source of truth” to be used across Bungie products utilizing best practices from across the industry.
• Provide routine analytical support to the SP&A organization for key weekly tasks tracking performance of live titles.
• Effectively collaborate with the product Sales managers on SKU planning, pricing, and evaluation.
• Manage the pricing SP&A recommendations to both internal and external teams to implement best practice discounting strategies for all SKUs.
• Support operational forecasting by providing pricing inputs and insights to key stakeholders.
• Present promotional results to key stakeholders to support consistent live service reporting.
• Key point of contact with Commercialization, Product Management, and other teams for pricing decisions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5 to 8 years of pricing, sales, and/or demand planning experience 
• Advanced Excel Skills (Index Match, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFS)
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and polish.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint, and database structures.
• Strong understanding of video game industry trends and launch strategies.
• Aptitude to complete price elasticity studies and basic gap analysis forecasting exercises
• The ability to efficiently communicate data results and visualizations to a non-technical audience.
• A passion for collaborating with stakeholders across multiple disciplines and backgrounds.
• Proactive approach - the drive to take project requests and see them through to completion by navigating blocking issues, providing milestone updates, and communicating final results.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Experience working in a fast-paced, live operations environment with many competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Analytics, Marketing, Management, or related field
• A love of video games and deep understanding of live service titles like Destiny 2
