Location: Nashville, TN or Remote

The Position

The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the firm’s marketing plans to align with agency growth targets, ensuring consistent use and application of the Revive brand across all digital platforms and promotional channels. This role is especially focused on flawless execution and promotion around thought leadership initiatives, lead generation/nurturing campaigns and how we visually represent our brand in all channels.

This professional should be especially competent at planning and distribution of a range of content into the right channels, including the organization, creation and/or curation of content as necessary. He or she also possesses well-honed skills in the marketing tech stack and email database management, including Salesforce.com and Marketing Automation software - preferably Pardot.

This person is a self-starter with the ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that raise agency awareness, attract new clients, and drive overall growth. This professional will have a passion for innovation and excellence, with a goal of ensuring that the agency’s marketing efforts serve as its own best-case study and a model for best practices in content, digital, social media, marketing, pr, and corporate communications.

The Responsibilities

Includes, but not limited to the following:

  • Be accountable for the execution of an integrated marketing plan with clear objectives and ROI goals from senior leaders of the team who drive awareness and thought leadership that results in agency growth.
  • Provide direction and momentum for the agency’s content calendar as a part of larger marketing plan, working closely with the senior leaders and the SME’s within Revive.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and identity across all materials and distribution channels.
  • Manage the creation of Revive’s weekly newsletters (The WeeklyHash) and continually find ways to improve the effectiveness of our email marketing efforts
  • Maintain and develop content for marketing collateral, e.g. case studies, guides, checklists, quizzes, whitepapers and other marketing assets.
  • Implement and execute social media strategies in support of thought leadership
  • Actively monitor and improve the website for SEO purposes
  • Identify and develop speaker abstracts for annual conference and virtual events.
  • Oversee all award submissions for the agency and our clients
  • Coordinate with communications team to develop agency press releases around key milestones
  • Coordinate with the growth and client teams to ensure our best work is available and distributed on our website and promotional channels.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of Revive’s services and solutions; establish agency-wide new business acumen, including education on services and positioning.
  • Research and stay ahead of the curve regarding emerging technology and industry trends, incorporating into agency marketing calendar.

The Essentials
  • 4-6 years’ experience required
  • Agency or professional service firm experience preferred
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing, communication, social media and public relations strategies and programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of online content development/marketing (including social media/digital strategies), and email marketing
  • Demonstrated knowledge and track record of monitoring and analytical tools with an ability to synthesize data
  • Interpersonal/Soft Skills: Communication both written and verbal, Negation skills, Persuasive, Collaborative, Problem Solver, Self-Starter, Service Minded Approach, Relationship building, hard worker, learner
  • Experience with CRM (salesforce.com preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred)
  • Experience with email service providers
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task; strong project management skills; and able to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Ability to multitask, and delegate, working in a high-volume environment 
  • Discernment to protect confidential information, both verbal and written
