About the Role

Support specific, high value customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of Association products. You will create and ensure customer loyalty by building close, long-term client relationships and helping the client discover the positive impact of the relationship with the Association.

You Will:

  • Be the single contact for high value clients managing multiple daily operational tasks to support the post-sale processes for these clients.
  • Provide client communications support, such as coordinating file transfers and form uploads, sending requested product information or sales literature, and other requests.
  • Provide first level tech support for log-in issues, username and password requests, browser issues, course loading problems, or reporting issues.
  • Anticipate and quickly resolve or escalate product fulfillment issues to ensure delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Experience providing detailed troubleshooting and resolutions to user's delivery of all client deliverables and a high customer satisfaction level.
  • Onboard new clients and develop a strategy for each account to promote loyalty and renewal business.
  • Ensure complete and correct entry of client and opportunity information within CRM (Salesforce). Enter and process orders on the same day they are received.
  • Provide regular reporting to Sales or Sales Operations Leadership.
  • Create and send client invoices promptly, including providing vendor and company information to clients.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of related experience in client success, customer support or sales
  • Prior experience working with Learning Management System.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of adult education principles
