The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an IT eCommerce – Email to Order Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the gathering and documenting of country business and application requirements for a customer facing order entry application. Create knowledge articles for support teams
• Implementing an end-to-end solution globally while leveraging current system architecture
• Determines test scripts that validate gathered business and application requirements. Works with test lead to resolve defects.
• Supports eCommerce Product Owner to implement the solution globally while navigating system and business environment changes
• Willingness to be on-call (interest question)

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 4 years of experience with Customer e-commerce Purchase Orders • OR • High School Diploma/GED from AND 8 years of experience with Customer e-commerce Purchase Orders AND
• 3 year of experience creating application documentation for IT Product Owners, Business Users, and Testers. - Mandatory
• 3 years as a key contributor to projects as a strong contributor and team player
• 2 years of analyzing, building, and troubleshooting XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT, or CSV structured data files, and minimum 1 year of experience with communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP. - Mandatory
• 3 years of experience working with Software as a Service provider tightly integrated with company applications - Mandatory
• Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of experience migrating customer-facing order applications in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include fluency in English, results-driven, highly organized, strong communicator.

Work location:

Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Bangalore at least 2 days per week)
