Senior Specialist, Experiential Marketing
Job Description
Cambria is looking for an organized and motivated candidate seeking an opportunity in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This position is responsible for developing strategy, tactics and execution of activations, events and customer experiences on behalf of Cambria. In this role, the Senior Specialist, Experiential Marketing, will work cross-functionally to deliver impactful customer engagements that showcase the Cambria brand, communicate key messages, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to pivot, prioritize and communicate efficiently. This position will report to the Director, Experiential Marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of experiential marketing projects as assigned
- Coordinate and execute program elements including venue selection, budget management and invoices, communication with leadership and business partners, creative design and assets, travel logistics, vendor relationships, etc.
- Work cross-functionally between all departments to ensure all program elements are supported and executed including budgeting, creative elements, social media, PR, scheduling, lead management, etc.
- Serve as a point of contact for sales representatives in the field with experiential marketing requests and questions
- Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills during the planning of projects and while onsite as required
- Compile feedback and offer input on successes and opportunities for each project
- Analyze competitor research relating to activations and partnerships
- Evaluate current methods and procedures in order to improve operations, create efficiencies, and develop new and innovative ways to manage projects
- Execute on strategic integrated communication plans as appropriate, including creative development, CRM, PR, internal communications, digital and social media plans
- Partner with the Director, Experiential Marketing to evaluate programs to optimize and deliver a return on investment
- Manage lead distribution, partner with the sales team to ensure timely follow up and create reports to analyze return on investment
- Act as a brand steward at all events
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs from concept to completion
- Strong bias for action: ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exhibit the ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure; are resilient to set-backs
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence without authority
- Partner effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prioritize and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Manage complex and highly visible projects
- Must be able to perform well in a highly dynamic, geographically diverse, and rapidly changing environment
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Management preferred
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, trade shows and/or meeting planning
Systems: Proficient with Google Suite, Salesforce (preferred)
Additional Requirements:
Travel Requirements: Travel up to 25%.
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
