What you will do-
The Senior Specialist, Human Resources is responsible for directly supporting the Group VP, Human Resources and the O&S HR team in the areas of projects, communications, administrative support, meetings and project coordination. You will create and implement our communication plan and approach within the O&S Group, work with key stakeholders across the HR function and support the execution of the strategic plan. You will also coordinate operational activity related to all HR talent processes.
Additional responsibilities:
- Assist with leadership communication plan and approach, presentation design and content support for presentations, videos and other communication vehicles
- Develop, edit, and troubleshoot formatting of power point templates
- Lead planning and scheduling, logistics, calendar management, expenses & travel, and execution of global calls, employee events, leadership and team meetings for the O&S HR Leader and team members
- Help coordinate projects, logistics, material production/ materials, catering, travel, facilitator scheduling with local resources for onsite meetings/events
- Support the O&S HR leadership team with key projects and deliverables
- Support the team in the development and ongoing execution of the talent strategic project plan
- Provide administrative support requiring a good understanding and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people
- Work with the data team to pull and synthesize multiple data points into usable pieces of information
- Update and maintain leadership calendars, events, and distribution list
- Partner closely across the HR businesses including HR Operations and our COE's to complete needed projects, acquire data, manage tasks, update workday, and coordinate efforts and communication as necessary
What you need-
- Bachelor's degree or 6 + years of equivalent required
- 2+ years of work experience required
- Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- Previous experience working in MS Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint preferred
- Highly collaborative with the ability to partner across multiple stakeholder groups preferred
- Preferred candidate will sit in the East or Central time zone
67,400k-136,200k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
