MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mexico City office and be onsite 3 days a week: Senior Specialist – IT Product Support

We will count on you to:
- The Level 2 Product Support Engineer is responsible for triaging tickets, providing technical assistance and resolving complex issues for MMC global applications.
- This position necessitates close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, the Level 2 Product Support Engineer actively contributes to knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing the overall support process.
- Ultimately, the Level 2 Support team plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering outstanding technical support to clients.
What you need to have:
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
- Previous experience in a support role.
- Nice to have minimum experience with T-SQL programming language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, global environment with ambiguity.
- Strong prioritization skills to effectively manage tasks, both individually and as a team, while meeting objectives on schedule and maintaining high quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A curious mindset towards new technologies and a willingness to explore and implement them.
