Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics

We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics to join our Digital Marketing Services group in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.

This role will be responsible for discovering impactful data-driven insights and propelling our consumer-centric vision across multiple channels and brands.

What you'll be doing:• Integrate disparate data sources to analyze campaign performance and consumer response trends• Share key findings for marketing activations with Consumer Experience Organization to highlight performance across different audience segments• Analyze target audience segments to identify key behavior drivers and enhance marketing flows• Compile analytical deliverables with agency-created content to create activation kick off decks for business approval• Collaborate with internal and third-party stakeholders to create and maintain documentation templates, repositories, etc. • Serve as a strategic thinking partner to teammates and stakeholders by sharing expertise and experiences

What we want you to have:• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field • Master's degree in a quantitative field preferred but not required• 3+ years of relevant work experience in analytics or marketing analytics; working knowledge of common marketing channels• Demonstrated application of technical skills such as SQL with consumer data sets• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate data and technical aspects to stakeholders having varying technical and data knowledge • Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking skills
