Amplify's Training & Enablement organization is seeking a Senior Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness to help lead the design and implementation of an onboarding framework for customer-facing team members, facilitating a warm handoff from Human Resources through to the hiring manager, and ensuring team members are prepared with an understanding of Amplify's history and culture, develop a strong foundational knowledge of our products and systems, have access to all necessary tools for their role, and are welcomed into our company with enthusiasm and a strong network of support.
This position will also focus on ongoing employee readiness and will address any gaps, ensuring team members are prepared with the product, systems, and process knowledge necessary to support positive and effective customer interactions.
The Senior Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness will report to the Director, Onboarding and Employee Readiness, and this specific role will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing readiness needs of Amplify's Customer-facing teams.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for education, possesses a positive energy, is supportive and enthusiastic in welcoming new hires into the company, has a strong sense of detail, and has the ability to work within and across diverse teams.
Responsibilities of the Senior Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness:
  • Facilitate a successful onboarding experience for new Amplify employees on customer-facing teams and provide ongoing support as needed
  • Participates in the development and execution of the onboarding framework across customer-facing teams
  • Operational tasks related to onboarding and ongoing readiness of Amplify's customer-facing team
  • Partners with Amplify's customer-facing departments in an effort to ensure the needs of new and existing team members are being met, identifying and addressing any gaps in overall readiness, so team members can perform their job responsibilities effectively and with a focus on the customer experience
  • Serve as a key member of the team building out the new Training & Enablement function at Amplify, focused on a cohesive approach to onboarding, training, communication, and documentation efforts
  • Additional related projects to be assigned as needed

Basic Qualifications of the Senior Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness:
  • BA/BS degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 3+ years of work experience in an onboarding, enablement, or training role
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite experience

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Specialist, Onboarding and Employee Readiness:
  • 3+ years of demonstrated project management experience
  • Interest in enhancing industry and product knowledge through self-study, training, and experience

*Some travel required (about 5-10%)
What we offer:
Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a lucrative 401(k) plan, incentive stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $80,000 - $86,000. This role is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
