Senior Specialist Partnership Marketing

Job Description:
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study preferred
Work Experiences:
- 5+ years of partnership marketing experience
- Sports, outdoors and lifestyle partnership experience preferred
- Event activation experience with brands or agencies
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create thorough documentation and interface effectively with individuals at various levels
- Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to independently and effectively lead and administer meetings
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and operate with a sense of urgency
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships aligned to Brand and regional business strategies
- Develop asset mix that activate partnership loyalty groups within local/regional needs
- Collaborate with partnership organizations to ensure max delivery of contracted assets and securing added value opportunities
- Support seasonal activation execution for brand campaigns and initiatives
- Align and execute asset mix in collaboration with cross functional stakeholders to ensure maximum return of traffic, sales, and brand awareness
- Manage workflow and relationship of activation agency partners
- Measure and critically evaluate all activations and partnerships to identify key learnings and best practices for future actions/partnerships
- Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules
- Duties may change; team member may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & Attendance:
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
- Ability to lift up to thirty pounds unaided
- Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
- Regular attendance required
- Up to 50% travel, as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours such as evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary
