Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management
The Security Services organization at Mastercard was established with the responsibility to safeguard all aspects of safety and security in payments. In the Authentication and Identity Services team, we go beyond the core payments business and focus on helping consumers, businesses, and financial institutions use state of the art identity and verification to unlock better consumer experiences, mitigate fraudulent activity and maximize business potential.

In this role you will focus on the go-to-market strategy for services like NuData, Ekata, EMV 3DS and other emerging services, product management, and support activities associated with all aspects of the Product Management Excellence (PME) model. Further, you’ll have the opportunity to act as the business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product. The position requires collaboration cross-functional teams to ensure the effective sales strategy, packaging and delivery of Authentication and Identity Services Products.
Role
•Management, alignment and execution of opportunities/challenges across identity business lines
•Build strong relationships across Mastercard including customer, technology, and product teams
•Identify and prioritize new opportunities to broaden the reach of highlighted solutions
•Drive thought leadership agenda - articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition
•Leverage and share data insights, voice of the customer to drive process and product enhancements
All About You
• Analytical and able to do market sizing, new pricing exercises
•Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working a cross-functional environment
•Excited about working with large and emerging Financial Services, Technology, Service Providers, Processors, and/or Digital Platform Partners
•Understanding of the North American market, including customers
•Demonstrated ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency
•Ability to forge strong relationships, including both executive and functional levels
•Demonstrated leadership capabilities to drive alignment across a matrixed organization and teams
•Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
•Self-starter, highly organized, collaboration-minded and results driven
•Overnight travel required ( 5%)
•knowledge of Confluence, Tableau, SQL/Oracle database, Figma at a minimum
