What You’ll Do

Our Samsung Semiconductor Sales Team is highly focused on managing the business relationships between Samsung and our premiere clients headquartered in North America. The critical delivery of key custom parts and electronic components is a pivotal piece of the supply chain defines the symbiotic relationship between us and our clients. Exceeding customer expectations every day is the goal that drives our success as a highly motivated Sales Team.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

  • Support Account Managers, Sales, DSK (HQ), and customers in resolving any sales operations related issues.
  • Work closely with internal & external customers’ operations teams to understand and align on the impact of scheduling issues and identify/recommend mitigation plans and alternative solutions.
  • Process PO (purchase order), create DO (delivery order), and optimize RTF to achieve monthly sales target.
  • Track and manage open orders, work with DSK (HQ) to ensure product is stocked and shipped on schedule.
  • Process RMA requests and sales billing adjustments.
  • Assist Account Managers in new customer account setup and register new ship-to codes.
  • Monitor account status and resolve credit issues with customers and DSA (branch) credit department.
  • Prepare & maintain sales related reports and provide requested reports.
  • Create and update operation manuals.
  • Flexibility to support shipment arrangement during evening hours (Asia time zone) or weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Backup co-workers on PTOs or holidays.

What You Bring

  • BA or BS degree with relevant industry experience in sales operations or sales support role or related field preferred.
  • At least to have 2 years of experience in sales operation.
  • Semiconductor industry and prior PO management experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • SAP experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in rapidly changing environment, take ownership of projects and work proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain key collaborative relationships across multiple functional organizations and with customer.
  • Korean speaking preferred.

Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. Base Pay Range
$59,199—$128,800 USD
