What you will learn and contribute to
Nokia of America Corporation, Senior Specialist, SDM Product Support (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX. Responsible for maintenance, administration and technical support for customer networks, and overall performance of the SDM products, and supporting customers for end-to-end support. Participate in emergency on-call support. Support change management service delivery. Coordinate and participate in pilot and upgrade roll-outs and patch installations. Collaborate with Research and Development to find solutions. Provide technical trainings to team. Responsible for new technology support and service deployment, providing technical answers, sharing technical information and providing competence transfer, ensuring quality customer satisfaction survey targets are met, and consulting with customers regarding optimization, planning, feature activations, and other improvements. Provide support for live network subscriber data management products trouble reports which require a deep understanding of Core Network Elements, 5G Architectures, and Cloud Deployments.#LI-DNI
Your skills and experience
SALARY RANGE: $94,744 - $163,800 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field and 5 years of related progressive post-Bachelor's work experience, or Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field and 2 years of work experience.
Must have at least 2 years of work experience with the following: Core Network Elements, including Subscriber Data Network architecture and applicable standards including HSS, IMS and Diameter; and Cloud Deployments, including experience with OpenStack and Kubernetes.
