Responsibilities:
- Develop product vision and roadmaps that enable QE to deliver on its strategies.
- Work with various business, technical, and vendor stakeholders - including QE leadership - to discover opportunities and coordinate with other product owners to deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with systems engineers, software engineers, data services, architecture, test engineers, and operation engineers to enable the product strategy and continually evolve the product.
- Manage the full product life cycle to ensure that customer/user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved.
- Select, adopt, and adapt appropriate product development methods, tools, and techniques.
- Analyze market and/or user research, feedback, expert opinion, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
- Prioritize product and service requirements, develop product roadmaps, and own the product backlog.
- Anticipate changes in customer/user needs.
- Adapt products and create product retirement and transitioning plans.
- Partner with other product and engineering teams in global locations to come up with project plans and mitigate risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional work teams including external vendors to define project scope and objectives, develop preliminary project plan and design.
- Manage and track product development work, especially when the work spans multiple scrum / delivery teams.
- Work with system integrators, system vendors, and project team members to advise them on key architectural decisions concerning supporting technologies.
- Identify specific metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time.

Requeriments:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in the position offered or a related software development, testing or operations role, or a Master's degree in the above mentioned fields and 3 years of specified experience.
- Must have 3 years of experience with all of the following: leading distributed teams which are comprised of both internal and external resources located on and offshore; manager project in Agile (Scrum) development methodology; planning, organizing, and conducting assessment activity and determination whether appropriate quality control have been applied; working with Tricentis Tosca and LiveCompare; experience with Test management tools ALM and/or Xray; development or operations of Tricentis Tosca integration with test automation tools such as ALM and/or Xray; cloud products (AWS products/services such as API gateway, AppFlow, CloudWatch, Athena, S3, RDS, Lambda, or RedShift); GCP and Azure products and services; Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket; and SDLC processes.
- 10% domestic and international travel required.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
