Job Description:

Participate in all types of creative activities to turn business, customer, and competitive insights into breakthrough new innovations. Identify new social trends and behaviors in North America, as well as tech and startup trends in Silicon Valley and beyond. Build overall story from research findings to concepts through graphically compelling presentations, which includes writing, image finding, and designing visual information. Actively participate in a variety of creative activities to turn business, customer, trend, and competitive insights into product, service, and experience innovations. Conduct ideation for concept development, and lead brainstorms with teammates. Build concept outlines, specific use cases, and direction for prototyping; confidently engage with lab heads and other stakeholders to socialize concepts, understand feasibility, and gather requirements. Interface with stakeholders up to the C-level, participating and leading presentations, meetings, and collaborative sessions. Engage with agency partners and manage the process from research to prototyping; manage work from end to end as an individual contributor. 10% domestic and international travel required.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design, or a related field; and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any related strategy/design related titles.
• Requires two (2) years of work experience with the following:
  • (1) design strategy, product innovation, consumer and social research, creative storytelling, and concept building.
  • (2) managing innovation roadmap for projects & teams.
  • (3) introducing strategic design approaches, tools, design thinking and design management methods and principles.
  • (4) Miro, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • (5) Performing qualitative and quantitative research to extract spatial and cultural metadata.
  • (6) Transforming business, customer, and competitive analysis into product, service, and experience innovations.
