Job Description
The candidate will be working in our Corporate Treasury Technology team supporting the Asset and Liability Management business teams. This role will be specifically focused on projects and support for our critical business system.

- The candidate will be working very closely with our business partners in Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk, Capital Planning and Risk to support them in running complex analytics producing mission critical reports for regulators, fed and higher management on our platforms by providing day to day support as and when unforeseen challenges arise.
- This role will also lead on small projects/enhancements/upgrades create test plans, execute various test plans and perform quality assurance on various projects.
- Knowledge and working experience with vendor products QRM is desirable. *Training on QRM vendor product will provide to eligible candidate.
- The responsibility of this role includes but not limited to: Consults with stakeholders to analyze, define, challenge, and prioritize the business requirements and carve test plans on technical, functional specifications and operational architecture for a functional work stream within a highly complex strategic, global program.
- Formulates and defines program scope and objectives for the work stream with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain.
- Tailors' standard processes and templates for team to elicit, challenge, and prioritize test requirements, and translates into functional design and use case models.
- Manages scope and change throughout the initiative utilizing formal change control and requirements traceability.
- Actively influences software and/or systems development process improvement initiatives. N/A.
- Contributes to the achievement of related area objectives.
- Authored typical SDLC documents in the past such as business, functional requirements, use cases, process flow diagrams, system requirements and Project documents
- Exposure and Experience with Automation testing/Automation
- Experience working on SQL Server 2019, 20
- Experience and good understanding of Windows 20019/19 server environments/operating system
- Experience with ETL, Scripting and SSRS, SSAS, SSIS would be a major plus.
- Working knowledge of JIRA tool
- Experience with vendor product test implementations.
- Analyze business workflows to look for opportunities to automate or better synergize the data for application needs.
- Lead/implement enhancements/small projects to upgrade the application environments (releases, hardware & software) as and when needed
- 8+years working in financial services industry.
- 5 to 7 years prior exposure and experience in providing production support on vendor and/or in house financial systems
- Demonstrated capabilities of working with ease and resolving production issues in a stressful and time critical environment
- 5 to 7 years' experience in Data mapping
- Strong experience querying and working with large data sets through SQL queries.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and business concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft technology SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS and BI tools
- Experience in working with several business intelligence and reporting tools
- Working knowledge on defect log and management tools
- Ability to communicate with various levels of management in both business and technology and a team player
- Develops testing plan scenarios for more complex unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing.
- Responsible for definition, planning and execution of testing efforts.
- Provides technical guidance to assigned project teams.
- Participates in or leads aspects of quality assurance and metrics architecture projects.
- Defines criteria for testing, analyzes results of testing sessions and presents results to Quality Assurance leadership. Analyzes more complex systems requirements. Resolves more complex problems detected in testing.
- Analyzes and monitors the effectiveness of the use of technology in QA processes.
- Recommends new products and provides guidance and expertise in their development.
- Identifies and documents software and systems defects.
- Provides solutions to resolve defects.
- Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.
