Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

Your role...
As an in-house Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for ReSource Pro, you ensure that candidates and hiring teams have an exceptional experience during the hiring and onboarding processes by building trusted internal partnerships and crafting an incredible candidate experience. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization to identify, engage, and select the high-quality talent we need to grow our teams. The largest part of this role is applying your expertise in behavioral interview techniques and analysis to evaluate candidates' talent and cultural fit. In addition to daily recruitment and onboarding, our Talent Acquisition Specialists will also support and lead various projects that contribute to and improve the Talent Acquisition function and goals.
After 6 months you will...

• Manage the comprehensive full life-cycle talent acquisition recruitment process for roles across the US to attract high-quality talent across various functional areas and levels within the organization.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to assess candidates' talent, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand positions, strategic alignment, and assist in the execution the selection process
• Review candidate resumes for alignment with position requirements and coordinate schedule, and complete behavioral interviews with candidates
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage with potential candidates as well as build proactive talent pipelines
• Coach and train hiring managers on talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices
• Participate and collaborate in Talent Acquisition projects to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and team functions
• Partner with the Talent Team and hiring managers on Job Description creation.

What you need to be successful...

• 5-7 years of Talent Acquisition and recruitment strategy specifically within an in-house corporate talent acquisition environment (RPO, agency, or staffing are NOT considered equivalent) for roles up to director level.
• Mastery of behavioral interviewing, including thematic analysis, is essential to success in this role.
• Experience recruiting, evaluating, and onboarding 1099 contractors and W2 contingent workforce.
• Must have extensive experience with niche role recruitment and passive sourcing
• Manage complex and fast-moving projects and timelines with multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Master of TA technology, including hiring assessment platforms, applicant tracking systems, onboarding platforms, passive souring, and Excel

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $52,010-88,289. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
