Job Description Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for Operational excellence by partnering with business in identifying new opportunities and designing and implementing solutions. Collaborating closely with the business stakeholders and IT, this role is responsible for review of tools and technologies for improving performance, reducing costs and managing deliverables. In addition, this role will develop analytical solutions providing business insight enabling impactful decisions and drive value from our business processes and activities. This role will also drive solution adoption by leveraging key change management, communication and stakeholder management principles

Job Description
Let's talk about Responsibilities:• Provide strategic solutions by researching best technology available that optimize and automate processes and improve operational performance• Responsible for continuous enhancement of end-to-end business processes and systems to drive customer experience and supply chain performance• Implement solutions that align with corporate strategy and roadmap for Customer Service, Supply Chain & Distribution• Subject matter expert for Customer Engagement, Order to Cash and Supply Chain functional areas including Customer Service, Distribution, Reverse Logistics, Service Contracts• Responsible for design and implementation of solutions primarily using Oracle eBusiness Suite & Oracle Cloud Solutions and SalesForce.• Be subject matter expert for all systems and processes utilized by Operations and leads systems, data and process design and integration effort• Track and monitor effectiveness of projects, recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure business objectives are met• Implement strategic and operational dashboards and KPI's identified by Operations Management• Lead Data Discovery exercises to help understand data quality and prepare proposals for analytics initiatives. Transforms data into actionable insights and translate to business recommendations• Research and analyzes analytics data to determine trends and identify opportunities for operational efficiency• Provide end user training and manage systems testing activities as required• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.• Support Quarter End, Year End related activities
Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience:
Required• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or Business required.• Minimum 5 years' experience in delivering large scale technology projects/programs in Customer Service and Supply Chain• Experience supporting Oracle eBusiness Suite modules focusing on Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, Bill of Material, Service Contracts (Warranties & Extended Warranties, Subscriptions, Leasing), Procurement, Forecasting & Planning• Experience with SalesForce Lightning improving customer engagement in a call center environment. Enabling omni channel experience and optimizing call flows• Familiarity with any one of Call Center Technologies like Amazon Connect, Genesys, Twillio, Aspect• Strong familiarity and preferred working experience in Oracle Receivables, Payables and General Ledger• Working knowledge of Data Analysis Applications and Tools• Technical expertise in coding using tools like SQL, PL/SQL• Familiarity with Data Warehousing and experience in Data Modeling and Analysis• Strong project management, business process design and facilitation skills• Experience in all phases of project cycle interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users• Experience in using agile project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) effectively• Proven accurate project estimation and project planning experience• Proven experience managing stakeholder expectations and managing cross-functional teams• Strong familiarity with software development methodologies and change management process
Preferred• MS in Computer Science preferred• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud SCM is a plus
