Senior SQL Developer - Remote Opportunity

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop quality IT solutions that have been validated to meet the defined business requirements. Most development is done using Microsoft technologies with focus on ETL processes.
• Provides technical support and maintenance for information systems and data flow processes/interfaces.
• Adherence and awareness of health information technology, policies, procedures and standards. Using new technologies to improve existing systems and processes.

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree. • 5+ years with data ETL experience (SQL preferred) • Willingness to learn about Health Care industry

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Independent problem solving skills. • Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills. • 5+ years experience with data analytics and using reporting tools. • 5+ years experience design and development of ETL processes. • 5+ years of advanced SQL concepts, analytic functions, and programming stored procedures. Proficienct in all areas of SQL Server Suite such as SSIS & SSRS. • Experience with Microsoft Office products. • Experience with data interfaces, data exchange and interoperability concepts. • Other programming language experience a plus such as (but not limited to) .Net or Java
• Microsoft SQL, other IT and ETL tool certifications.

Physicial Requirements and Working Conditions:

• May require off hours or on-call support as needed.
