Position Summary:

Responsible for managing multiple general ledgers, accounts, sheet reconciliations, major projects, and other financial activities for several companies.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze complex financial reports and records
• Document and monitor internal controls during audits
• Reconcile balance sheets and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Training and mentoring other staff
  Month end close duties such as balance sheet reconciliations, budget to actual variance analysis, and income statement review
• Operation duties such as daily balance of cash accounts in general ledger, monthly LSV distributions, LOC distributions, LSV/LOC invoices, and preparation of monthly Agora auto loan master trust statement
• Internal duties such as verify the borrowing base reports, WPM servicer statements, and general ledger tie out to the data warehouse
• Verify intercompany transactions between various Agora companies reconcile
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, or related field required
• Minimum of two years' experience is preferred

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to meet a stream of deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of general financial accounting, cost accounting, and payroll
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and at least one accounting software
