Job Description:

The Senior Staff Accountant reports to the Controller and is responsible for supporting various aspects of finance and accounting for Teneo team. This includes but not limited to revenue recognition, journal entries, intercompany transactions, accounts reconciliation and time tracking. A minimum of four years of private or public experience is required. Netsuite and/or Host Analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in month-end close
• Prepare client invoices for few divisions of the Group
• Manage Time reporting for Revenue Accrual and Recognition process
• Prepare analysis of accounts, when needed
• Ensure the confidentiality of financial information
• Assist in Bank Reconciliation
• Lead cost saving projects and reconciliations
• Ensure the confidentiality of financial information
• Audit and Tax support

Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting required
• 4 years of experience in accounting
• Detail oriented
• Seeks process improvements
• Analytical aptitude, problem solving, self-motivated
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels and functions within the Company
• NetSuite and/or Host Analytics experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle demanding assignments, and be able to think on your feet
• Self-starter

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 (compensation for this role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience that may fall outside of the range listed)
