Schedule: M-F Days
Pay Rate: $60-$70k Annually DOE 

The principal Job duties will be: 

• Responsible for maintaining and reviewing billing support files for use in customer invoicing
• Preparation of accurate and timely bills for scheduled distributions to customers
• Work with various vendor management systems to submit and record invoices
• Follow-up with customers to ensure timely payment and clarification/correction of any issues
• Cultivate/Manage customer relationships associated with the billing process
• Collects receivable accounts by contacting customers, investigating circumstances of non-payment and providing support to resolve issues
• Maintain vendor support files and necessary documentation to create, record and reconcile vendor payments
• Generate payment runs ensuring timely and accurate payment of expenses
• Record assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses by compiling and analyzing account information
• Create journal entries to properly record and maintain management accounts
• Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions
• Preform and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to address Ad Hoc projects and challenges associated with a nimble and fast-growing organization

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
• 3-5 years of related experience working
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word as well as general office skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self Starter with good collaboration skills
