Job Description

Requirements:

• Expert with Agile testing, test planning, design, strategy, execution; automation tools (Cypress, Playwright); scripting languages (JavaScript/TypeScript); API testing (GraphQL); accessibility testing (JAWS).
• Lead QA teams, focusing on testing management, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to align on business and technical requirements.
• Ensure product features meet customer expectations.
• Actively participate in testing and mentor team members.
• Track and enhance QA processes and quality metrics.
• B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile Quality Assurance and Testing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role for QA teams.
• Proficient in both automation and manual testing.
• Experience with coding and scripting.
• Leadership, cross-functional communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, adaptability to new technologies.
• Expertise in Playwright, Cypress, JIRA, Confluence, Browser Developer Tools, and intermediate knowledge of JAWS.
• Work Schedule: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Work closely with product manager and developer to understand product requirement and design.
• Document detailed functional and integration test cases. Coordinate with the developer, product manager and other business stakeholders on test case review, identify missing and complex test case scenarios.
• Test execution, Publish test report and coordinate with product & program stakeholders.
• Analyze server logs, DB and provide other relevant details with a bug.
• Track Quality metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Design and Develop test automation framework
• Develop mock/stub to test the functionality of a component in isolation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
