Senior Staff Engineer - Generative AI

As the Technical Director specializing in Generative AI, you will be a key architect and technical leader, driving the design and development of sophisticated AI systems. Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Total industry experience of 15+ years and extensive experience (3+ years) in designing and implementing generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or Golang(This is a hands-on Coding role)
• Completed projects using LLMs +/- Langchain
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search
• Expertise in the serverless stack, including GraphQL
• Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
