Accountabilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance & Accounting stakeholders and technical teams, translating business objectives into actionable functional and data requirements.
- Build strong partnerships across finance, accounting, audit, and transformation functions to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI adoption.
- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including project scoping, planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, execution oversight, rollout, and post-implementation support.
- Analyze and document workflows, controls, reporting requirements, data dependencies, and operational constraints to support scalable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving finance systems, data platforms, reporting environments, and automation tools.
- Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment, transparency, and successful adoption of delivered solutions.
- Develop and lead enablement programs through training sessions, documentation, workshops, and ongoing support to maximize user adoption and effectiveness.
- Continuously identify and prioritize new AI, automation, and process optimization opportunities that enhance finance operations and organizational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership teams on strategic planning, transformation initiatives, governance, and long-term program execution.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional credential with extensive experience in finance, accounting, audit, or controllership functions.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting finance operations, including financial close processes, FP&A, SOX compliance, and audit collaboration.
- At least 5 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs, transformation initiatives, or complex project management efforts in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SOX controls, ITGCs, ITACs, compliance frameworks, and production control implementation.
- Advanced proficiency with cloud-based data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms, including hands-on SQL capabilities.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms, including financial reporting, revenue recognition, supply chain, and operational processes.
- Experience leveraging AI and large language model tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and support business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and automation strategies that support analytics and AI-driven outcomes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks proactively, and deliver measurable results in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience with dbt, scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript, workflow orchestration tools, and cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Competitive salary ranging from $163,500 to $238,500 USD, determined by experience, skills, and geographic location.
