The Role:
As the Senior Staff Product Operations Manager for SIPS, you will be the primary operations interface to the core product development team and other functional organizations within SoFi. This broadly impactful and highly visible role will require you to collaborate across organizational boundaries with cross-functional leaders in engineering, product, design, business, risk, operations, privacy, legal, and other critical functions to drive the strategy and execution of SIPS initiatives. You will ensure the successful launch of products toward meeting its stated cost, quality, schedule, availability and customer experience goals.
The ideal candidate for this role exhibits passion and curiosity for highly complex technical initiatives, meticulous attention to detail, tenacious commitment to delivering results with quality and expediency, and exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.

What you'll do:
- Establish and implement processes and mechanisms that enable the SIPS organization to operate efficiently as our business scales.
- Establish data reporting standards and data insights to help organizations to make data driven decisions
- Establish planning and communication standards for alignment across all product objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Help organize and facilitate town hall and offsite participation, agendas and logistics for SIPS EPD leaders
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 6+ years of experience in technical (software, data, engineering) program management
- Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, enterprise-level programs successfully
- Experience influencing stakeholders and executive leadership through clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Logical, structured, and data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
- Ability to partner effectively across levels and functions
