In this role, you will define the design vision for next-generation AI-powered experiences within a global, fast-scaling platform. You will shape how conversational AI, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation come together into a seamless, intuitive product ecosystem used by millions of users worldwide. Acting at a senior leadership level, you will influence product strategy, craft standards, and interaction patterns across AI-driven features, ensuring consistency, clarity, and trust in complex workflows. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams to design systems that blend human and machine intelligence. This is a high-impact role where your design decisions will directly shape how AI is experienced across core enterprise workflows. You will also mentor senior designers and help establish best practices for AI-first product design. The environment is highly collaborative, experimental, and deeply focused on innovation at scale.

• Define and lead the end-to-end design strategy for AI-powered products, including conversational interfaces, AI agents, copilots, and automation tools.
• Shape how intelligence is expressed across the platform, including proactive insights, workflow automation, anomaly detection, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Establish scalable design systems, interaction patterns, and craft standards for AI experiences to ensure coherence across teams and products.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and ML teams to align AI capabilities with user needs and business outcomes.
• Drive design vision and strategic narratives that influence roadmap decisions and uncover new opportunities in AI product spaces.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent execution of AI experiences across multiple product verticals.
• Mentor and grow a team of designers, fostering high-quality execution and strong design thinking across the organization.
• Champion user research, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI product quality and usability.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in product design, with deep expertise in AI-driven or complex digital products. You are a strong systems thinker with the ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable user experiences. You combine strong craft skills with leadership experience and are comfortable operating in highly ambiguous, fast-evolving environments. You are also highly collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams through clear storytelling and design vision.

• 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products such as conversational interfaces, copilots, AI agents, or intelligent automation systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex, scalable product design work.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product design patterns, including conversational UX, prompt design, and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and AI/ML teams on product development.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex product environments.
• Experience using AI tools within the design workflow is a strong plus.
