Senior Staff Software Engineer, Application Integration

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
• 7 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, and/or experience with compute technologies, storage, and/or hardware architecture.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.

Experience working with Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking, architecting large software systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that cater to the diverse and growing needs of our customers.
  
• Provide technical leadership to a team of skilled engineers, mentor and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  
• Collaborate with product managers to define the road map for the Application Integrations and Connectors product. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop strategies, and ensure successful product delivery.
  
• Drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the use of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the performance and security of the platform.
  
• Provide technical expertise during critical incidents and complex problem-solving efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
