Senior Staffing & Resource Management Analyst
Job Description
This Operations position coordinates the staffing process, identifies forecasting tool trends and supply and demand needs, as well as collaborates with the Talent Acquisition team and international teams. This position reports to the Director of Staffing.
Core Responsibilities – 80 %:
- Operate Staffing Function and maintain staffing tracking tools – 60%
- Review and triage incoming resource requests
- Triage staffing requests that match the set criteria for escalation
- Expedite requests on a case-by-case basis
- Execute staffing function through aligning resources with requests
- Collaborate with Practice SMEs for resource escalations and match resource with the appropriate role
- Report on level of urgency and importance to help prioritize incoming staffing requests
- Organize staffing requests by date and keep tracker updated based on when requests are closed out
- Monitor SLA adherence
- Research, and propose enhancements to help improve tools, processes, and/or roles and responsibilities
- Support the maintenance for staffing related tools and systems
- Monitor utilization trends for fluctuations in supply and demand and perform analysis on Forecasting trends and date– 20%
- Review utilization trends and fluctuations in upcoming supply/demand
- Report out on concerns as staffing requests populate and are closed out on the tool
- Monitor unstaffed revenue opportunities to reduce avoidable negative impacts to revenue
Supportive Responsibilities – 20%:
- Support the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams- 5%
- Serve as a liaison between the Staffing, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources teams on fluctuating staffing needs
- Provide report insights to Talent Acquisition regarding upcoming campus and experienced hire recruitment needs
- Support international staffing to make sure resources for internationally-based accounts are optimally allocated and recorded – 5%
- Assist in developing any staffing related communications, announcements, and presentations – 5 %
- Update staffing materials and training within the company portal, learning and development materials, and communications - 5 %
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize based on business demand/need
- Strong understanding and experience of consulting business model and operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products, particularly Excel
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or comparative experience
- Good to have: 3-5 years of relevant experience in client delivery operations
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Consistent use of hands and fingers to operate a mouse and keyboard
- Occasionally required to walk, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, stoop and kneel
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

HYBRID WORK MODEL:
Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our Crederians to average 3 days (full or partial) per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members. You’ll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.

Travel: Our goal is to keep out-of-market travel to a minimum and most projects do not require significant travel. While certain projects can require frequent travel (up to 80% for a period of time), our average travel percentage over a year for team members is typically between 10-30%. For individuals hired to work in Colorado, Credera is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and includes the range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; etc. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would be near the top end of the compensation range, but that decision will be dependent on the facts associated with each specific individual’s relevant experience for the role.
Denver Pay Range
$60,900—$81,200 USD
