This role sits at the intersection of client success, analytics, and strategic execution within a high-impact healthcare technology environment. You will act as a key partner to major clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services, strong communication, and proactive issue resolution across complex account structures. The position blends relationship management with data-driven decision-making, requiring you to translate insights into meaningful business actions. You will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, and compliance to drive continuous improvement. Success in this role directly influences client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where adaptability and ownership are essential. You will play a critical role in shaping how clients experience value and outcomes.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will manage strategic client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and alignment across multiple internal teams supporting each account.

  • Manage ongoing client communication, ensuring timely responses, escalation handling, and resolution of complex issues across accounts
  • Coordinate and track client support requests and operational tickets through to completion with internal stakeholders
  • Analyze client performance data, trends, and KPIs to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • Develop presentations, reports, and client-facing materials that clearly communicate value, outcomes, and recommendations
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, product, analytics, compliance, and clinical stakeholders to solve client challenges
  • Participate in regular business reviews with clients and internal leadership to assess performance and drive improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve client experience, and support long-term account growth
  • Requirements:

    This role requires a strong blend of client management expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

    • 9+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, healthcare operations, or similar client-facing roles
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support recommendations
    • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving operational or strategic initiatives
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
    • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred (health plan experience is a plus)
    • Project management experience and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
