Senior Strategic Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to join our growing Finance team. After a year in the role, you will have become a partner to every department, supported the build-out of our annual operating plan, created a streamlined and financial reporting schedule across the organization, and have had the opportunity to support large fundraising, M&A and other projects. You will have visibility to all main partners and will be an important advisor throughout the organization, working across the business to lead value with financial insights. You will structure and use data, build models, communicate insights, and implement best practices to refine and improve processes to support our continued growth. The Strategic Finance Manager will:

• Report to the Finance Lead
• Guide the annual operating budget and forecasting process. Scale the operating model to integrate with our internal reporting platforms
• Develop a rhythm to report on budget-to-actual variances and KPI pacing with Department leads and Executives
• Lead the gross margin analysis and contribution margin calculation on a monthly basis and facilitate decision-making across the organization to improve margins and LTV
• Manage our Weekly and Monthly Financial Measurement reporting package with the leadership team to ensure metrics are monitored
• Provide ad-hoc reports and guidance to teams across the organization
• Support future fundraising and any M&A activity
• Support our month-end accounting close and make recommendations to refine the process

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or Strategic Finance, or FP&A at a Series A to C venture-backed, high-growth technology company
• Experience working in healthcare or clinical services, or a similar tech-enabled services industry
• Experience building excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) models from scratch. You know how to distill financial data into clear outputs and analysis
• Experience working on daily execution to achieve targets and developing scalable processes
• GAAP proficiency
• Knowledge of Analytics tools or BI reporting tools

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 with a 15% performance bonus
