Senior Strategic Growth Analyst
Job Description
Position Overview:
This position will partner with the VP marketing and product management team in the formulation and execution of organic and inorganic (Mergers & Acquisitions) strategies. This includes conducting internal and external analysis to support the generation of short and long-term profitable growth opportunities related to penetration of existing and new markets, developing new products and M&A. The individual will be the analytics lead on project analysis and justification, will partner with senior leaders on assessing the strategies and communicating business-critical topics and support the broader organization in deployment

In this function you will:
- Possess knowledge and experience in the acquisition, analysis, and display of data; and in extraction of information and knowledge from that data in supports decision making to business leaders
- Prepare reports and presentations on analysis through concise and clear messaging
- Research segment and market trends and competitive analysis to support build out of segment strategies
- Support in executing growth projects of strategic importance including New Product Introduction, Adjacent Vertical Market expansion and initiatives to drive salesforce effectiveness
- Provide ongoing analytical support to Group and various levels of management in the organization related to business decisions.
- Standardize marketing tools and identify ways to use existing data in new and more productive ways.
- Assist in the strategic planning process
- Support building of global M&A pipeline, assess potential partners for strategic alliances

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or Economics
- 5 years' experience in marketing, data analytics, or project management
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree preferred
- Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
Position Criteria:
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability in handling multiple deliverables with attention to detail and accuracy along with structured approach to problem solving
- Inter-personal skills to interact with all levels of management.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint
