ezCater offers a Catering Growth Platform to its Catering Partners, comprised of the ezCater Marketplace, ezOrdering (a white label online ordering solution), ezDispatch (a delivery solution) and ezManage (a lightweight order management console that ties it all together). In addition ezCater offers for the more mature Catering Partners a full featured catering management SaaS solution called MSI (Monkeysoft Solutions Inc). MSI as a toolset is a centralized hub with a branded and customizable online ordering solution as well as offering integrations to POS, Loyalty, Payment Gateways, Third Party Delivery Providers, Data Services and more.

The ezCater network consists of 110,000 restaurants, grocery stores. c-stores and other professional caterers, each with their own technology stack, many of whom desire integrations so ezCater orders flow seamlessly into their existing workflows and systems.

As a Senior Strategic Restaurant Technology Partnership Manager on the Partner Solutions team you will work directly with ezCater and MSI third party vendor partners to establish and maintain our supply integration relationships and ensure that our technology solutions work seamlessly with the existing and future technology ecosystem. You will support the ezCater and MSI Solutions teams with early conversations with prospective vendor partners to understand technology and integration dependencies.  Additionally you will work alongside the ezCater / MSI Product teams and Project Managers to understand the strengths and potential areas of improvement in the platform.

What You'll Do: 

• Work with and support the Partner Solutions Architect, POINTS Leadership and Project / Product Teams to:
  • Analyze and identify technical and integration dependencies
  • Build the right technical solutions for potential restaurant partners and MSI prospects
  • Coordinate technical decisions and successfully transition integrations into implementation
  • Understand and help implement potential improvements to the platform integrations
• Be knowledgeable and Identify industry trending technology partners and build partnerships where appropriate
• Work with and support existing MSI and ezCater vendor partnerships, maintaining a strong senior relationship with them to understand their changing priorities
• Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate partnership referral discussions between ezCater/MSI and strategic partners
• Work with the Partner Solutions Architect, POINTS Leadership and Product Teams with testing during system testing and user acceptance testing
• Help Product teams calculate ROI on all technical partnership investments
• Travel to partner on-site meetings and tradeshows as needed

What You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience hands on in restaurant technology and relationship management
• Ability to resolve issues under pressure
• Ability to understand how data relate to business needs/objectives
• Proven work experience with integrations and data exchanges between businesses
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to consult directly with current or potential vendor partners
• Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including IT, Marketing, Operations, Product and Sales
• Extensive curiosity and creativity to help solve complex operational catering challenges
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to consult with both vendors and restaurant brands on their technical and operational needs
• Operational understanding of technical integrations and the ability to design outside the box solutions based on partner technical constraints

The national cash compensation range for this role is $94,000 - $121,000**
